Dr. Will Wagner is a Tuscaloosa native, born and raised. He received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Biology and Psychology from The University of Alabama, then attended dental school at UAB in Birmingham, graduating in 2001. After graduating, he furthered his dental education by completing a General Practice Residency at The University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. In 2005, he returned to Tuscaloosa, where he is still caring for patients of his hometown today.
Dr. Wagner takes great pride not only in delivering excellent dental treatment but also in the relationships that he develops with his patients. He realizes that while many patients will require the same procedure, no two patients are the same, and therefore each patient encounter is unique.
Professionally, he is a member of the 6th District Dental Society, the Alabama Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. He feels that it’s important to stay abreast of the latest advances in dentistry, and regularly attends continuing education courses to ensure that he and his team are offering the best to their patients. Locally, Dr. Wagner is involved in a Spear study club, which consists of dentists and dental specialists working together, learning to better solve and treat complex clinical situations that patients might face. His clinical areas of interest include cosmetic dentistry, dental implant restorations, and helping patients achieve a higher level of confidence thru a beautiful, healthy smile.
